What if I don't know my license plate or want to browse without it? +

No problem! You can select your vehicle details manually. Simply choose the **Year, Make, Model, and Trim/Engine type** from our drop-down menus. This method ensures accurate fitment even if you don't have your license plate handy.

Are all wheels on your site refurbished/used? +

We offer a mix of products. Our inventory includes **Used (OEM)**, **Refurbished/Remanufactured**, and sometimes **Brand New** wheels. The status of each wheel is clearly indicated in the product description and reflected in its condition grade.

What do your condition grades mean? +

Our grades are: **A (Excellent):** Minor to no cosmetic blemishes, often indistinguishable from new. **B (Good):** Light curb rash or surface scratches, fully functional. **C (Fair):** Visible cosmetic damage, ideal for winter sets or repainting, structurally sound. Details are provided for each product.

How do I know if wheels will fit my car? +

We guarantee fitment if you use our **License Plate Search** or select your vehicle manually. We match the specifications (PCD, offset, center bore) to your vehicle's factory requirements. If you have custom modifications, please contact support before ordering.

Do complete wheel sets include tires? +

Unless explicitly stated as a "Wheel & Tire Package," our listings are for the **wheels only**. If tires are included, this will be highlighted in the title and the product description.

Are the wheels original (OEM) or aftermarket? +

We primarily specialize in **Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)** wheels, which means they are the genuine wheels produced by the vehicle manufacturer (e.g., BMW, Audi, Ford). Any aftermarket wheels will be clearly labeled as such.
